Inventories and Scientific Archives of the Antiquity Collection of the SMBPK Berlin

Since 1992, an electronic inventory of the items held in the Antiquity Collection of the State Museums of Prussian Cultural Heritage (SMBPK) was compiled. The entries were adopted unchanged from the existing inventories, indices and catalogues. A major part of the photographic archive is already accessible in digital form. This DYABOLA database has already been expanded as an Internet application within the EU project RAMA. However, it is now also technically possible to make the DYABOLA database accessible in the Internet with the full scope of its functions.
